IMMEDIATE VACANCY
 
We, are an established production house for events, exhibitions and promotions. In line with our corporate vision and expansion, we invite, self motivated and committed candidates to join us for the following positions:- 
 
·         Project Executive (3 positions)
Requires
   Minimum SPM qualifications
   Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in sales & marketing services
   Ability to work under pressure and strong sense of commitment
   Willing to travel and posses own transport
   Computer literate
Responsibilities
   Reporting to Project Manager
   Responsible for achieving allocated sales target
   Responsible for the implementation of marketing and sales strategies
   Fully responsible for the sales related activities and its delivery at off and on site
   Submits monthly report to the management
 
·         MarCom Executive (Urgently to be filled – 1 position)
Requires
       Posses Degree/Diploma
       Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in sales & marketing services
       Willing to travel and posses own transport
       Computer literate
Responsibilities
       To formulate marketing strategies for company brand
       Plan, implement and manage corporate events
       To develop and implement marketing program to ensure that established marketing objectives are met
       Up date and manage the corporate website and intranet portal
       To handle and coordinate all marketing related activities and tasks
 
·         Designer (3 positions)
Requires
       Posses Degree/Diploma in interior design
       Familiar with Autocad, 3D Max/Studio, Photoshop, Illustrator and related software
       Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
       Senior Designer are welcomed to apply
Responsibilities
       Plan & implement the design brief and concepts for projects
       Plan & implement the job execution
       Plan & implement the cost and expenses of project
 
Human Resources Executive
Requires
·         Demonstrates ability carry out company’s culture and management requirements
·         Able to handle general discipline work matters with the employee
·        SPM or a Certificate in Human Resource or similar.
·        At least 3 years experience as a HR Executive of Asst HR Executive
Responsibilities
·         Prepare database of knowledge based competency positions
·         Prepare the strategies on forming company’s work culture and procedures
·        Implement training and skill enhancement programs
·         Implement and ensure good employer/employee relationship
·         Monitor the hired resources are consistent with competency requirements
·        Monitor the level of effectiveness of training and skill enhancement programs
·         Monitor and measure the employee’s attendance
·         Ensure that employee welfare is at par as required by the industrial law and create enhanced employee satisfaction
